Three ways to start.

All three begin with a short scoping conversation. Bring one expensive, repetitive, or error-prone workflow, or the implementation you are worried about. We'll know quickly whether any of them fits, and we'll tell you if none does.

What we don't do

Honest boundaries, so we both save the call if there isn't a fit.

  • ×Prime brokerage. You bring your own broker relationship; we integrate to it.
  • ×Managed money. We do not manage money or make trading decisions. TrustyGenius supports research, monitoring, validation, and paper workflows under your team's control.
  • ×Regulated advice. TrustyGenius is software. We don't make recommendations on what to trade.
  • ×Selling alpha. Strategies belong to your team. We don't license signals or shared strategy books.
Managed Platform

Guided cloud setup

A TrustyGenius workspace in our managed environment, configured around your desk.

We provision the workspace and configure the platform around your requirements before you get access, so data access and credentials are confirmed with your team first.

✓Ready-made Geniuses, scheduled automation, research and validation tooling, and the paper portfolio
✓15M AI tokens included monthly; beyond that agents pause, or you opt in to metered overage with a cap you set
✓Bring your own market data, for example by connecting your Interactive Brokers account
✓Research and paper trading only: no live execution, no trade advice
✓Updates and security patches
✓Slack / email support
Setup: 3 to 5 business days after scope and access are confirmed
Productive: the first week; it arrives configured
Custom Deployment or Agent Sprint

One workflow, deployed as an agent

Bring us one workflow. We scope it, connect the required systems, and deploy a production agent for it, managed or inside your own environment.

Research, risk, a role inbox, trade confirmations, scheduling, or something specific to your business. It arrives with real database state, permissions, human approval gates, and an audit trail, and it is built around your data and systems. Your data and proprietary workflow remain yours; the TrustyGenius runtime is licensed and maintained separately.

Common scopes

✓Quant research and risk agents (monitoring, validation, scheduled briefings)
✓Email and operations agents (role inboxes, extraction, escalation)
✓Trade-confirmation workflows
✓Scheduling and notification workflows
✓Custom agents on your proprietary data, APIs, models, and internal systems
✓New asset class, alt-data feed, or additional broker connection
First working version: often within days
Production: confirmed at scoping; depends on access, integration, and testing
Inside your infrastructure

Either path can run in your environment instead of ours. We install the platform in your VPC, train your quants and PMs, and stand up the agents against your instrument universe. Your security review and change process make this the longer route.

✓Install in your VPC (Docker Compose, Swarm, or your container platform)
✓Training for quants, PMs, and ops
✓Geniuses tuned to your data sources and instrument universe
✓Connection to your Interactive Brokers account
Install: 2 to 4 weeks
Productive: 6 to 8 weeks
Consulting

ETRM consulting that arrives with its own modelling environment.

Sometimes the job is not a platform. It is someone who has implemented and upgraded trading systems for twenty years, working inside your project with an independent environment for structuring and valuation. The same consulting work, done faster: structure a product before it goes into the system, check a configuration against a second valuation, answer the what-if questions an implementation throws up.

Where it helps
  • Implementations and upgrades: product setup, curve and location mapping, structured deal configuration, cutover checks.
  • Structuring and valuation questions: a second view on a PPA, tolling, battery, storage, or transport deal, valued leg by leg.
  • Working sessions: bring the deal, leave with the structure and the number.
How it runs

Scoped and fixed-length, inside your NDA. The environment runs in your infrastructure or ours, on the deals you choose to share, and nothing is retained past the engagement. It stays with you afterwards under license, with the configuration built during the project. If it stops being useful, you stop paying for it.

What it is not

This is front-office work. Settlement, invoicing, cash, fees, and reconciliation are out of scope, and the environment is not a system of record. It sits alongside your implementation, not in place of it.

Environment: stood up in the first week
Engagement: typically 4 to 6 weeks, fixed length

How an engagement starts

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Bring one expensive, repetitive, or error-prone workflow, or the implementation in flight, plus your stack and your constraints. We share what's in the platform and what isn't, and tell you which way fits, or that none does.

  2. 02

    Scoped proposal

A short doc with a fixed scope, deliverables, and timeline.

  3. 03

    Setup, build, or stand-up

Managed Platform: we provision and configure the workspace. Agent Sprint: we build the agreed workflow against your real systems, with approval gates in from the start. Consulting: the environment is stood up in the first week and the work starts there.

  4. 04

    Production

The agent runs on the agreed workflow with your permissions, approval gates, limits, and audit trail in place. Monitoring and rollback procedures included.

  5. 05

    Ongoing

Updates, security patches, support, and a direct line to the person who built it. Renewable annually.

Pricing

Pricing is based on deployment and scope. Custom agents, integrations, data sources, broker work, and non-standard infrastructure are quoted separately.

Annual licenses for the platform, managed or in your infrastructure. The Agent Sprint is a fixed-scope engagement with an ongoing support and licensing path. Consulting is a fixed-length engagement, and the environment stays with you under license afterwards. Combinations are common.
